I had a terrible experience trying to find a contractor to replace my old, fallen wooden retaining wall. Contractors either didn’t show up for appointments or were incredibly late. The bids I received were also wildly different, with one company quoting an outrageous $100k for a 45-foot wall when others were around $30k. Then I met Mark. He came out promptly, gave us a fair price, and, most importantly, took the time to thoroughly explain the entire project to us. This made us feel very comfortable choosing him. The best part is that the new wooden retaining wall looks fantastic, and we are extremely happy with the result.
