Solved Our Water Problem After a Heavy Rain!

I wanted to write this review to tell people what a great company Universal Home Improvement is. After a major rainstorm left us with significant ponding water around our house, Mark, the owner, came out the very next day to help. He immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended installing a French drain on one side of our property. I didn’t know much about French drains, but Mark clearly explained how they work, and it made perfect sense. We decided to move forward with the project, and I’m so glad we did! Just a week later, we had another major storm, and our property stayed completely dry. If you have a leaky basement or water issues, call Mark – he knows what he’s doing!
