Fixed a Previously Botched French Drain Installation – Basement is Finally Dry!

I wanted to share my experience with Universal Home Improvement because they truly saved the day! I had previously hired another company to install a French drain to stop water from leaking into my basement, but the job was ineffective. To make matters worse, I started smelling mold and had to hire a mold remediation company. Thankfully, they referred me to Universal Home Improvement. Mark came out, quickly identified that the previous French drain was installed incorrectly, and assured me he could fix the problem. He did exactly that! The work took one week, and for the first time in a long time, my basement is completely dry. I am incredibly grateful to Universal Home Improvement for their expertise and for finally solving my water problem. Don’t waste your time with anyone else – call them first!
